Cookies policy

This document includes example identification details, marked in brackets. It should be reviewed and completed by a qualified professional (legal counsel) before final publication.

What are cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files that a website can install on your device to store information. Browser local storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) serves a similar function and is subject to the same transparency rules as cookies, under Article 22 of the LSSI-CE and the ePrivacy Regulation.

What this site actually uses

This website does not set any HTTP cookies. It uses only the browser's local storage (localStorage/sessionStorage) to remember strictly technical preferences of the user:

  • Light/dark theme preference.
  • Sound on/off preference.
  • Preferred project index view (grid or list).
  • Session flag to avoid repeating the loading animation within the same visit.
  • Scroll position when navigating between pages, to restore it when going back.

Scope of this storage

None of this data identifies the user, is shared with third parties, or is used for advertising or profiling purposes. All of this information stays in your own browser and you can delete it at any time from its settings.

Third-party and analytics cookies

This site currently does not use any web analytics, advertising or third-party tracking tool (for example, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or others). Should such a tool be added in the future, this policy will be updated and, where legally required, prior consent will be requested from the user through a cookie settings panel.

Legal basis

The use of strictly technical storage necessary for the site to function is exempt from the duty to obtain consent under Article 22.2 of the LSSI-CE. Should non-essential storage (analytics, advertising) be added in the future, informed and express consent will be obtained from the user before it is activated.

How to manage or delete this data

You can delete the local storage of this or other websites from your browser's privacy settings (usually under «Settings → Privacy and security → Clear browsing data» or equivalent). Note that clearing this data will reset your theme, sound and view preferences to their default values.

Changes to this policy

We may update this cookies policy to reflect technical or legislative changes. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.
