Marketing without a brand is expensive noise
We see the same pattern across clients in very different sectors: growing media budget, flat results. Every campaign starts from zero because there's nothing accumulated to lean on. No recognisable tone, no promise that repeats, no image remembered from the last time.
What the brand pays for up front
A defined brand does the slow, boring work before the campaign: it decides what always gets said and what never does. With that settled, the campaign only has to be timely. Without it, every piece also has to be a company presentation, and no ad can carry that weight.
The campaign is the spend. The brand is what makes the spend accumulate instead of evaporate.

That's why, when we're asked for «a campaign», we first look at whether there's a brand to rest it on. Sometimes the answer is to run the campaign anyway, knowingly. Other times it's to stop and first fix what will make the next one perform twice as well.
