A one-day brand workshop

MAY 28 20261 MIN

We ask for a full day, no laptops, with whoever signs. It sounds like a lot. It's what it takes to discover that the sales director and the founder explain the company in two incompatible ways, and nobody knew because they'd never said it in the same room.

What leaves the room

A position written in one sentence everyone accepts. Three things the brand will never do. A short list of who we don't sell to. And, almost always, a business decision that had been pending for months and that the workshop forces.

The workshop designs nothing. It decides everything that later allows designing without arguing.

With that on the table, design goes fast and revisions are short, because every proposal is measured against something the client wrote in their own hand. It's the day we charge most for and the one they thank us most for.
